The RevPARtner helps hotels across Africa earn more from the rooms they already have. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect when you use therevpartner.com or speak with us, why we collect it, and the control you have over it.
We keep what we collect to a minimum, and we never sell it.

Who we are
The RevPARtner is a hospitality revenue management consultancy based in Accra, Ghana, working with hotels, resorts, and lodges across Africa. For the information described in this policy, The RevPARtner is the data controller, which means we decide what is collected and why.
You can reach us at email@therevpartner.com, on +233 200 079 515 or +233 200 079 511, or by post at Accra, Greater Accra, Ghana.
The information we collect
Information you give us
When you send us a message through the contact form, we collect your name, your email address, the hotel or property you work with (if you tell us), and the message itself. If you call or email us directly, we keep whatever you choose to share. When you use the assistant on our site, we process whatever you type into it so it can reply.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, our servers briefly record your IP address and basic request details. We use this only to keep the site running, to apply rate limits, and to prevent spam and abuse. Google reCAPTCHA, which shields our forms from bots, collects device and usage signals for the same purpose.
What we do not collect
We do not run advertising or analytics trackers, and we set no cookies of our own. We do not build marketing profiles, and we do not follow you across other websites.
How we use your information
We use the information above to:
- Reply to you and provide the consultancy or information you asked for.
- Operate, secure, and improve the website, including stopping spam, fraud, and abuse.
- Run the on-site assistant so it can answer your questions.
- Meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
Under the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), we rely on these lawful bases: your consent when you choose to contact us, our legitimate interest in running a secure site and responding to genuine enquiries, and, once you become a client, the performance of our agreement with you.
The on-site assistant
Our website includes an assistant that answers questions about what we do. To generate a reply, the messages you type are sent to Google’s Gemini API for processing. We do not keep these conversations on our servers, and we do not use them to train any model.
Please do not enter passwords, financial details, or other sensitive personal information into the assistant. For anything confidential, contact us directly at email@therevpartner.com.
Sending information outside Ghana
Some of these providers, such as Google, process data on servers outside Ghana. Where your information is transferred abroad, we rely on the provider’s own safeguards and contractual commitments to keep it protected, consistent with the cross-border provisions of the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
How long we keep it
We keep the enquiries you send us for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep ordinary business records, after which we delete or anonymise them. The short-lived security and rate-limiting data described above is cleared automatically.
How we protect it
The site runs over encrypted HTTPS. Form submissions are protected with anti-forgery tokens, rate limiting, and spam filtering, and we validate and clean the data we receive. We also collect as little as we can, which is the simplest protection of all. No system is ever completely secure, but we take guarding your information seriously.
Your rights
Under the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), you can ask us to:
- Give you access to the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct it if any of it is wrong or out of date.
- Delete it.
- Stop or limit how we use it.
- Withdraw a consent you previously gave us.
To exercise any of these, email email@therevpartner.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you believe we have mishandled your information, you can also complain to the Data Protection Commission of Ghana.
Children
Our services are built for hospitality businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page, and any material change will be made clear here.
